Job Information

Kitchen Attendant will prepare basis food orders for guests. Aid in the running of food, and cleaning of kitchen. To provide consistent and quality service to guest to strive to overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • One years related work experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with guests and      co-workers.
  • Good hospitality skills
  • Be able to clearly express oneself verbally in the English Language using      good grammar, vocabulary, eye contact and a friendly voice inflection.
  • Must be able to multi-tasking.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends
  • Food Safety Training an asset, will be required to pass Food Handlers      Certificate or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Prepare basic food orders for guests
  • Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of kitchen, prep tables, and      other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes and sauces for dishes.
  • Cleaning of food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
  • Wash and clean dishes, utensils and soiled glassware
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
